Questions We Get a Lot
Above-ground pools like our Round Steel Frame model are designed for easy setup, full-family use, and are a fantastic entry point into backyard swimming. Plunge pools, like our Composite-Concrete Shell model with tempered glass panel, are more permanent structures built into or partially into the ground, offering a premium aesthetic and resort-style experience. Your choice really comes down to your space, budget, and how permanent you want the installation to be.
Installation requirements vary by pool type. Above-ground options are designed for straightforward assembly without heavy construction work, while our plunge pool and TimberCove Heritage Oval Frame Pool are best paired with a qualified installer for leveling, plumbing, and finishing. We recommend consulting a local pool contractor for any in-ground or semi-permanent installation to make sure everything is set up safely and correctly.
Most of our pools are designed for seasonal use, though with the right cover and winterization process they can be protected and preserved through colder months. Our plunge pool with its composite-concrete shell and tempered glass panel is built for durability across changing conditions. We always recommend following the care guidelines included with your pool to extend its lifespan.
