Questions We Get a Lot
A louvered pergola, like the ArcadiaForge Louver Pro, uses adjustable slats that you can open or close to control airflow and shade throughout the day. A glass pergola, like our Glass Pergola Built for Year-Round Use, features an insulated glass roof with sliding glass walls, making it suitable for use in cooler months or light rain. Your choice really comes down to how much of the year you want to use the space and how enclosed you want it to feel.
Most of our pergolas are engineered with straightforward assembly in mind and include all necessary hardware, but we always recommend reviewing the included installation guide before deciding whether to DIY or hire a professional. For larger structures like the Glass Pergola with sliding walls or the LumaShade Atria Screen Pergola, professional installation is worth considering to ensure everything is plumb, level, and properly anchored. If you have questions about a specific model, our team is happy to walk you through what's involved.
Yes, our pergolas are built with outdoor conditions in mind. Frames like the powder-coated aluminum on the Outdoor Pergola and ArcadiaForge Louver Pro are designed to resist rust, corrosion, and UV degradation over time. Marine-grade fabric canopies and insulated glass roofing are similarly selected for their ability to hold up against the elements season after season.
We offer Free Shipping on Most Orders Within the Continental U.S. (Excludes AK/HI), so your pergola ships to your door without added freight surprises for most locations. If something isn't right, our 30-Day Returns policy has you covered. Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details on the returns process and eligibility.
About Our Pergolas
A well-chosen pergola does more than shade a patio. It defines an outdoor space, extends the seasons you can enjoy it, and gives your backyard a sense of intention and design. At Sunset Leisure, our pergola collection is built around that idea. The Outdoor Pergola with its powder-coated aluminum frame and marine-grade fabric canopy offers a clean, modern profile that fits naturally into contemporary outdoor spaces. The ArcadiaForge Louver Pro brings precision control over light and airflow with its adjustable louver system. For those wanting something more enclosed, the Glass Pergola with insulated roofing, LED lighting, and sliding glass walls creates a near year-round outdoor room. And the LumaShade Atria Screen Pergola sits in the middle, offering privacy and filtered light without closing off the space entirely. Every structure in this collection is designed to be approachable in price without cutting corners on materials or build quality. Premium outdoor living should not be reserved for a select few, and these pergolas are proof of that.
