Questions We Get a Lot
Our sets feature all-weather cushions engineered to handle rain, humidity, and direct sun without fading or losing their shape. They're built for real outdoor conditions, not just light shade use. We recommend storing them during extended off-season periods to keep them looking their best for longer.
Our modular options like the Coastline Atelier Modular Deck Lounge are specifically designed to be reconfigured and expanded based on your space. For non-modular sets, pieces are designed as cohesive collections, so we recommend sticking within the same set for the best aesthetic and structural fit.
Depending on the set, you'll find powder-coated aluminum frames and woven composite structures, both chosen for their resistance to rust, corrosion, and UV degradation. Powder-coated aluminum in particular is a go-to material for outdoor furniture because it stays lightweight while standing up to years of exposure. Each product listing details the exact materials used so you know exactly what you're getting.
We offer Free Shipping on Most Orders Within the Continental U.S. (Excludes AK/HI), so your set arrives without surprise freight charges in most cases. If something isn't right, we offer 30-Day Returns — please refer to our Return Policy page for full details on the process and eligibility.
